DCA Launches New Website

The Los Angeles County Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA) is proud to announce our new website.  We’ve changed the look and feel to make it easier for you to find the information you need. You’ll find useful information on consumer, real estate, small claims, and other consumer topics.  We also bring you top consumer news stories as well as news about what’s happening at DCA. We hope that you’ll bookmark our site and return often.

Here’s how to navigate our website. The left column houses our educational brochures.  Here you’ll find information on consumer, small claims, real estate, business and mediation issues.  You’ll find consumer news stories and DCA news in the middle column.  The right column provides more consumer information, fun facts, and a place for you to offer feedback.

DCA serves Los Angeles County residents.  We provide counseling and handle consumer and real estate complaints.  Our small claims advisors will help you use the Small Claims Court and our Dispute Settlement Program offers you free mediation services.
